Scope of Services

Smooth Screening facilitates the scheduling, coordination, and administration of drug testing services in accordance with applicable standards and requirements. We do not determine, interpret, or make decisions regarding employment status, legal outcomes, disciplinary actions, or eligibility based on test results.

All testing services are provided based on the information supplied by the requesting party at the time of service.

No Employment or Legal Decisions

Smooth Screening does not:

• Make hiring, termination, or disciplinary decisions

• Interpret test results for employment, legal, or medical purposes

• Provide legal, medical, or employment advice

Any decisions related to test results are the sole responsibility of the employer, court, agency, or individual requesting the test.

Accuracy & Results

Drug test results are reported as provided by the collection process and associated laboratories. While proper procedures are followed, Smooth Screening does not guarantee specific outcomes or results and is not responsible for decisions made by third parties based on test results.

Regulatory & Program Responsibility

For regulated testing programs (including federally regulated programs), it is the responsibility of the employer or requesting party to ensure that their testing policies and requirements are properly established and followed. Smooth Screening supports testing coordination but does not assume responsibility for program compliance decisions unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Third-Party Providers

Smooth Screening may coordinate services with third-party collection sites, laboratories, or service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or performance of third parties beyond our direct control.

Limitation of Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Smooth Screening’s role is limited to the coordination and facilitation of drug testing services. We shall not be held liable for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by employers, courts, agencies, or individuals based on test results.
